Vacation Home "Maria Steinröserl" with Mountain View, Garden, Wi-Fi & Sauna

In the midst of forests and meadows not far from the village Platt is the vacation house Maria with the apartment Steinröserl. The vacation apartment has a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, a safe, a hair dryer, a baby cot and a high chair for children. The apartment also has 2 furnished balconies, which offer a fantastic view to the north and west. In the basement of the house there is a large lounge with kitchen for larger groups, as well as a sauna area with Finnish sauna, steam sauna and relaxation room, which is used by all guests of the house. Please, consider that the sauna is only available from December to April. The garden with its own children's playground and barbecue house is also available to all guests. Since the vacation home is located directly on the Meraner Höhenweg, it is the ideal starting point for extended hikes. Only 5 minutes away on foot there is also the pilgrimage place "Maria Quelle" as well as a Kneipp path, which is suitable for the whole family. In winter, the cross-country ski run is right next to the house, as well as numerous hiking trails for snowshoes and ski tourers. The nearest supermarket is about 3,7km away and can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

Zweiwöchiger Wanderurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung liegt abgeschieden kurz vor dem Skiort Pfelders. Insgesamt entspricht die Ausstattung der Wohnung der Beschreibung. Wir waren jedoch sehr enttäuscht als wir vor Ort erfahren haben, dass die Sauna entgegen der Beschreibung nicht in Betrieb war. Dies war sehr ärgerlich, da in der Objektbeschreibung keine Einschränkung auf bestimmte Monate steht und wir genau deshalb die Wohnung gemietet haben. Die Dusche im Bad ist nichts für Menschen mit Platzangst. Sie befindet sich in einer Nische und misst 75cm x 75cm. Die Küchenausstattung ist ok wenn man eigene Töpfe und eine Pfanne mitbringt. Reisezeitraum war Mitte bis Ende September.
