The security screening staff are particularly impolite and intrusive. The receptionist provided a normal service, nothing extraordinary. The rooms are extremely clean and offer a spectacular view. However, some staff in other restaurants were not friendly at all. So far, my deposit has not been returned, and I am still waiting for it to be released.
