"I have stayed here a few times and it is usually a great place for the cost. Due to a huge Summit on the island, a lot of places were fully booked. The only room available was a large room and it was clean and had a balcony with a view of the sea. The breakfast buffet had enough choices. At night the view from the Room 801, the rooftop bar, was great and the food was good also. Bartender Dexter and server Tuesday were awesome. And at check-in, Psyche was thorough and pleasant. I will return again."

"I'd like to say overall, I really enjoyed my stay. I had some issues not being able to use the tv, but it is a smart tv which was awesome. I booked a premium deluxe poolside room. It was super spacious and had an incredible view of the beach and foliage around the hotel. The hotel was rsther noisy as there was a party one one of the days on top of music coming from other parts of the resort. But, I must really emphatically say that the entire staff is incredible. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was evident that they really caee about their work. We ate in 2 of the 3 restaurants: the main one closest to the lobby and Luna. Both meals were very tasty and I think the wine was reasonably priced. We found the beach very clean, relaxing and the water quite clear. We had no problems ordering Grab taxis. At most we waited 10 minutea for a car. Finally, it should be noted that the "no outside food or drink" is strictly enforced. I understand respect the rule; however, I wasnt able to get as much drinking water as I would have liked. I found myself having to go to the restaurants and asking for a lot of water to drink. My friend was able to get her water bottle filled regularly, but I wish it had been more comvenient. "

"I honestly don’t know where to begin. First of all, this is NOT a one bedroom unit. It’s a studio. You don’t get to build a completely see-through glass sliding door and call it a one bedroom simply because the living room and bedroom are now separated by that see through glass wall. Bugs, leaky showers, loose bathroom tiles… had to call maintenance just to get my laundry out of the washing machine… furniture was very old and VERY uncomfortable… laminate missing in the kitchen, dirty dishes… I mean this was a very bad experience for me. The balcony was more like a ledge with a door. I was very disappointed. I paid half the price for a twice as long stay at another property that had spiders everywhere… honestly, I don’t know how the price is justified."

"Probably the best service and hospitality we’ve experienced at any property. From the guest service team at reception to the pool & beach attendants, all dining venues, recreation (sunrise yoga, badminton & archery), spa (foot massages on the beach), and housekeeping, service was very attentive, polite & friendly. The breakfast buffet is a must….an abundant selection of international favorites, so delicious. We travelled with family and had 4 rooms and they managed to accommodate us all on the same floor. I look forward to returning for another visit."
