Location was great and the apartment was very clean. Unfortunately, the door code we were given didn't work to get in and it was quite uncomfortable due to heat while we tried to figure it out. Thankfully the staff were very responsive and we were able to get in after 15 minutes. Also, the shower drain didnt flow well and water went everywhere. We had to use all the towels available to clean it up. Finally, the air conditioner stopped working in the late evening. After a fun time hanging out in Madrid, we came back to the apartment being 26° C. It was a HOT night.

"Excellent position overlooking the bridge to access the old town. Swimming pool area a little tired but nevertheless was a very useful amenity. It was clean but just needed updating. Very spacious inside the hotel as expected and quite cool to escape the heat. Only a 5 minute walk in to the old town ..."
