"Our family (x2 adults and children 18yrs, 16yrs and 12yrs) have had the most incredible holiday at this beautiful Villa. The outside area is wonderful. So peaceful and the huge pool was perfect and so clean and well maintained with plenty of outside seating areas in and out of the sun. We loved hanging out around the pool in the evening making full use of the great bar with an outside fridge. We had a car which I would say is necessary if you want to go and do day trips. We had the perfect mix of sight seeing and relaxing.Andrea was a great host from start to finish, always responded very quickly to any messages and recommended lots of places to visit and eat at which was great.I would definitely hope to return in the future."

"Très belle place. Grand domaine avec la résidence des propriétaires et des résidences secondaires autour. 1 air climatisé suffisament puissant pour les 2 chambres, mais pas le salon / cuisine.Laveuse sur place.Si vous avez des enfants, sachez que le module de jeu n'est plus utilisable et qu'il n'y a plus l'énorme trampoline qu'on voit sur les photos. Ce n'est pas grand chose, mais les enfants étaient vraiment déçu.Super belle piscine à débordement.Hôte réactif. Je recommande."

"Very nice and accomodating host. Couldn’t be better.Overall great. Missed some basic stuff like wine glasses and dishwasher. But this is minor.The place can be highly recommended and is great value for money. Fantastic outdoor area."

"Homely accommodation, very clean and spacious room with bunk bed an TV. The host is very attentive and helpful. Was patient with us and used Google translate to communicate, including travel suggestions. The breakfast had a very good spread, and the highlight was the fresh Sicilian orange juice that the owner made for us himself, every morning! Great coffee too! Parking is just outside. There is a lovely area to sit down in the back of the property, which is nicely decorated. Though no lift, there is a ramp up to the first floor so it was not a problem to get to second floor for us. They can arrange washing clothes or airport transfer for an extra charge. All in all, fantastic experience and would recommend it for anyone in the area.. you will need means of transport to travel about the coast though. "

"We loved the stunning views from the property, the pool, sitting on the wide balcony and eating our meals at the tables on the terrace. Spacious house with lots of space and a garden filled with different fruit trees. Facilities were adequate with all the usual appliances in working order. One of the fridges and the cooker could do with updating. Andrea looked after us really well and responded quickly to any questions or requests. You need a car! But then you are within driving distyof so many different places and activities. We visited Syracuse several times, Noto, Cartagerona, Taormina, etc. we also we also did boat trips, a gorge, walk, and visited Favola, a specialvisit to learn about olive oil with tasting and explanation from the owner. Of course we ate out and enjoyed all of the local cuisine. Good supermarkets in Floridia. All in all a great holiday. "
