"The room was small and clean. Water pressure was low in the shower, water was nice and hot. Breakfast was lacking. The pancake machine was broken. One of the two coffee machines was broken. I was able to get gluten free toast, but it seemed like an inconvenience when I asked. I would give it four out of five stars. It has free shuttle from La Guardia which is great."

"The hotel felt safe, and was in a great location for subway access, as well as walkable shops. The room itself was as pictured, but the floor was quite dirty. We had to wear shoes and slippers so as not to touch it. We could easily hear people talking in the hallway from several doors away, with our own door shut."

"I like the theme and design of the lobby and rooms. The restaurant on the roof was good but a little expensive for what we got. Overall a good stay and in a good location to get around Brooklyn"

"Beautiful hotel smells clean when you walk in and rooms are very clean. A lot to choose from in breakfast. And they provide a shuttle to take you to the train stop and pick you up. Shuttle drivers are awesome and very helpful!! Will stay again in my next trip to New York"

"The staff was incredibly kind. The location of the hotel is great. I didn’t eat there but their coffee in the morning excellent. The hotel has a really cool vibe and I wish I could’ve stayed longer."

"Bring your own toiletries. Dispenser for body wash is meh. Only dispenser hand soap, body wash, and shampoo provided. No lid on toilet, ew and I dropped a lid in it. Other than that, it was clean, reasonably priced, and convenient to where I needed to be. "
