"The room is small as most hotels in Japan. But this particular hotel is roomier than most. Ours has all you need including a washing machine. Hotel is in a quieter district and is near the station to access other popular crowded districts. This hotel is near the canal and parks so you can get your running in quiet easily compare to other areas. Would stay again 100%."

"Everything at this Hotel is amazing. So close to everything such as shops, restaurants, coffee shops. Walkable and easy access to Uber and Taxi. Even though the Hotel is situated in a busy area, it was not noisy at all. We were still able to get undisturbed sleep. The place is very clean and breakfast buffet is amazing. We had dinner at our last night stay and food was excellent too. We definitely recommend and we will be staying here again and again. "

"We enjoyed our stay, we chose based on location near the airport for the end of our Japan trip. There’s no restaurants nearby and several times the 2 onsite restaurants were closed which was slightly frustrating. They did have their warehouse open, which has a small menu. However, luckily a 7-eleven is in walking distance and a nice park for our son was close by. Overall, good stay! "

"Genuinely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The location is great for exploring the city, the room was beautifully clean and comfortable, the view from the higher floors (including from the bar) is stunning at night time, and the Japanese breakfast is truly amazing - but the main thing that sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and helpful and put such care into ensuring we had a special experience. We will be staying here again when we come back to Tokyo, and would highly recommend to others!"

"The hotel is at the far end (away from Shibuya station) of the upscale Miyashita Park mall. It's at a corner that passes through to the Shibuya Scramble side of the tracks. Lobby/reception is on the second floor. The accessible room was a good size for Tokyo. Bathroom was large with a low ceiling. Mattress on a platform. Complimentary toiletries available in the lobby. Comfortable and convenient with a modern Japanese feel. "
