"As late as 8:30pm the apartment we booked had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Unmade bed, dirty towels, etc. We contacted the lady who had checked us in, only to be told that it wasn’t her responsibility to have the apartment cleaned but that she would try to find someone to do that. "The first and biggest problem is that the apartment smelt like a sewer and the smell became worse by the day. On top of that, it was so damp that my clothes were moist. The aircon didn’t work. This was a problem in March when it wasn’t even 15 degrees so must be hell in the summer. The TV didn’t work either. Very, very basic amenities and stupid things like an iron but no ironing board. Der Pool ist sehr gross und schön um sich zwischendurch abzukühlen. Lorena und Roberto sind wunderbare Gastgeber: sehr diskret und doch versuchen sie einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Sie haben uns lokale Köstlichkeiten offeriert und abends ein Feuer im Garten angezündet. Alles in allem, ein unvergesslicher Urlaub!"
