"Habitación limpia, confortable. Personal amable."

"The staff was great. They offered us bananas ans coconut water from the trees. The pool was anazing! We used it at night with the stars and in the early morning . It was 102 degree day so we limited outdoor activies to morning. The air was a lttle slow to cool. But it did get cool. The extreme heat was probably the problem. But we loved the place!"

"Family owned and operated, very friendly and helpful. One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. I definitely recommend this stay."

"Marvellous hacienda with fantastic service, in a paradisíac and quiet nature ! "

"Es un destino excelente para desconectarse de la vida cotidiana y coincidir un poco con la naturaleza, es una combinación entre hotel y airbnb, tiene servicio a cuarto pero limitado, no tiene bar , ni tv, tiene internet, piscina y servicio de cafe."

"Excelente"

"Wonderful room, pool, and service! We had the 4 course dinner that was thoughtfully prepared and served in the dining room of the main house. It was so lovely! We just stayed for one night and I wish we could have stayed longer. Google maps led us a little astray for a moment when navigating, but we figured it out!"

"Good place to stay. The hotel staff were really helpfull as I did a really late check in"

"Perfect hacienda with a beautiful mix of rustic and luxurious. Service was very attentive to all our needs. We stayed in a detached hut, which was a cool (and air conditioned) place for our family of 3.Two gorgeous pools and a lovely palapa let us cool off in the heat of the day. Delicious Yucatecan food from the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Amazing birdwatching on the property. Not much nearby except for Mayan ruins at Ake. But this lovely place IS your escape. "

"There under construction they place is looking better still would like the pool to get remodeled"

"The hotel is very good and service very nice I recommend"

"It is a wonderful place to stay, quiet, clean, comfortable, and a extremely friendly staff! Special mention for Daffny, she is a very nice person l, 5 stars for her! Continental breakfast is healthy and delicious, jacuzzi in backyard is a plus too, hamacas everywhere, and a Temazcal in the main patio for purification rituals, magical! Definitely I recommend this place! 10/10"

"The place is clean and it’s a nice retreat place"

"We loved our stay at Casa Ku. The location and grounds—right on the beach—were fantastic. The staff was also fantastic, especially Giovanni at the front desk and Alberto, who was our waiter at Nido. The free breakfast was a big bonus! I highly recommend staying here."

"A heavenly place, beautiful, with delicious food and with a gorgeous, Italian vibe to the place. Our room was lovely, and the pool was a great way to start the day. Service was attentive and warm. Highly recommend."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful and the staff along with all the amenities were amazing! I would recommend doing as much as you can with your stay there before exploring downtown. We will definitely be visiting again!"

"Great place to stay, beautiful scenery. Room/villa was even more amazing in person than what the photos shown. Lots of great areas to explore on the property. Breakfast was delicious as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to return for our next vacation "
