"The Moose was a fantastic place to stay. The location was wonderful! Walking distance to so many things. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with anything we needed or asked for. It was beautiful and so cozy inside with a giant fireplace lit in the lobby as well as a fire pit that was always going on the rooftop near the hot pools, which were so relaxing and had such beautiful views of the mountains. Every time we walked into the hotel it had the most amazing smell. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again. "
"Wonderful mountain views from the hot tubs, and select room balconies. Property is perfectly located. Works great for an easy 15-20 minute walk downtown, and a quick bus ride back, with the bus stop right outside the hotel. Friendly and efficient staff. Tasty baked goods and coffee,available for purchase just off the lobby. The on sight restaurant has limited but excellent choices, with both inside and outside seating. So nice to have easy access to downtown Banff, but to be out of the chaos of the town. Highly recommend."
