"LOVED THE WOOD FIREPLACE!!! Lots of wood stored by our unit so we never ran out. Love the free bus transit passes. Banff is small enough that it made it very convenient to use to go down down or to the Banff Gondola. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the go tub as well. We didn’t use the fitness centre to can’t comment on that. We had a $25 credit that we used at the restaurant and the food was very good. Will definitely be coming back. "

"Bus passes a big help. Do post bus schedule in room on back of door. Need better light by ironing board. Love the UG parking. Shade broken in room. Bring your own toilet paper. Comfortable bed. Great family friendly place. I felt safe as an elder person."

"Hot pool was great, our kids loved it. Standard room was a good size for our family (2 adults, 2 little kids and a baby). No problem with parking, although the underground parking was limited. Liked that there is a bus stop right across the street - very convenient. Also nice to have a restaurant on site. Mini fridge is on the smaller side."
