"Location was perfect for our needs. Used the pool every day as well as fitness center (small but fine for my needs). It was off season so no food at resort. Great convenience store and liquor store just across the street. Furnishings dated but kitchen well equipped. Transportation to town and Gunnison free and regular. Great touch."

"I was not pleased with the redervation and check in If you are checking in late, there is no typical front desk. It seems my expedia reservation was not seen as valuable compared to booking direct and the hotel customer service had no information. Im sure its because of low season but it took 45 minutes to reach someone who could tell me where to find my room key. All were apologetic but it was a frustrating scenario to reach a solution and a person with the right info."

"Not worth even half what we paid. Bathroom tiles bulging from wall, tub tap not functioning, fan not working and rusted, hair dryer barely worked, window fan didn't do anything, door jam insecure and bold sign says DO NOT LOCK DEADBOLT. Saggy bed. Walked on carpet near bed and it crunched under feet. Breakfast was fine, packaged items from grocery. Service was there at check in, not there any other time. Our friends stayed in a similar room, only difference in their experience was the carpet was wet in a spot."

"Very reasonably priced condo to be so close to the slopes and bus line. This was my second time staying here and it works well for me. It’s sort of a no frills place. Definitely not the fanciest place but the location is perfect."
