"Very clean. Only issue we had was the elevators smelt like paint. It was horrible. Smelt like they painted with a oil based paint. I will definitely be back here. Also they do not charge a 250 deposit. They just need a card on file for damages. Also they need to make it know that the parking garage is where you're supposed to park not park behind what would be the office. The office is actually down the street on the left. Thats where you check in. Other then that the room itsself was perfect "

"The kitchen was fully stocked.Even with additional dishes and child seat for small children. The cabin was spacious, but very home feeling loved the upper deck. It's only located about five minutes from downtown gatlinburg, and was only on a slight hill to enter and exit. Communication was excellent with the owner. We had several calls and texts every day. Checking up on us.It was the best communications I ever had with a rental property. Will, definitely only rent from this owner. She has several properties in the area that we'd looked at and loved."

"We had the Best stay! The king room with balcony overlooking the creek is highly recommended. From check-in to check-out… staff was great! The fire pits were phenomenal and the hotel is walkable and close to strip. Must stay! "

"We had great time at this hotel. It’s very close to Parkway and you can walk everywhere instead of driving in the traffic. Also, you can get to the hotel using backway to avoid traffic coming and going. There’s a pancake house just few minutes away and it was great homemade food. The hotel was very pretty during holidays. The staff and front desk were very nice and helpful. The pool was great with separate area for kids vs adults. We didn’t eat buffet breakfast but did order breakfast from their menu and it was great. Also, their restaurant for lunch or dinner is good too. We had pizza. It was never crowded so we never had to wait for a table. The only negatives were WiFi was hit or miss on the tablet but it worked great on our phones. Also, we were on the 5th floor and only one elevator went there (the side one) and lobby one only went to the 4th. It looked like because of decorations on top of elevator. We had a great view from our balcony on a Gatlinburg, space needle and mountains. I wouldn’t suggest getting pool side rooms since it’s very loud there with pool and people constantly being there. We grilled outside and had seen a bear on a property coming by, great experience. Also, lots of parking and we never had issues with parking even during busiest weeks of the year. "
