"This is a nice newer listing with a lot of potential. The layout of the townhouse is good for multiple guests with 2.5 bathrooms and a large dining table with many chairs. This was my first time staying in Jacksonville and I didn't know my way around and was a little concerned of how safe the neighborhood would be be. What's great about this house is there are no neighbors across from or behind the house. We felt perfectly safe during our stay. The house was easy to find and has off street parking. The check in and out process was easy and the host communicated everything clearly and was very helpful and available for questions which we had none. We would stay here again."

"This is a renovated old home in a depressed part of town. I was given the wrong address and improper instruction about the lock box. I Called the property owner but did not get a response. once we found the correct house and figured out how to access the property we were pleased. Kitchen is well stocked and the home is very comfortable. Hand held in the upstairs bath does not work and you need to let the hot water in the sink run while showering so that the on demand water heater has enough flow to work correctly. Next time I go to a jaguars game I will definitely look to see if this property is available."
