"I stayed one night in a clean and comfortable room. It was a 15-minute walk to the center of Mt. Shasta shops and restaurants. The on-site restaurant, Harvest, was very good as well. The front desk person was friendly and professional. Extremely satisfied with my stay. "

"Was very taken aback by the extremely rude check in experience after staying here so many times over the years- unfriendly, unhelpful and would’ve let me stand there for who knows how long without asking me if I needed to check in until I got their attention and acted extremely irritated before telling me they were almost off work. After being a loyal visitor of the hotel I think it’s time to venture out after this experience. Still love the hotel and have had nice check ins before, but this was a big bummer. "
