"We enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean and rooms were adequate. Biggest problems were the sweet young ladies at the front desk who were ill equipped and trained to handle any situation or answer very basic questions. Also, the 1st elevator doesn’t work and apparently has not worked for some time. Best bet is to try and hop on the staff elevator."

"They never have washcloths they lie and say someone will bring them they never do ended up buying my own and the day before we left they finally said they don’t have none! Everyone was complaining about this! Very rude receptionist when I asked for a Manager. Never ever again stay here. "

"The 5th floor spelled like a decomposing body or animal. The beds were hard like a brick. Bathroom had mold and mildew. The bathroom had no ventilation fan so bathroom stayed wet. No parking at the hotel. Parking was lot was full. "

"I was very disappointed. Rooms were small. Not updated as it should be. Looking old, carpet stains. Pillows had no support. Had to keep on asking for additional towels and washclothes for 2 people. Balcolny had cigarette butts when we arrived when place has no smokingpolicy. Pool was too small. All the extra we was rold never recekves Never will stay again."
