"Balsam Wood is Such a beautiful property! This cabin is so cozy and perfect for a getaway or family gathering. The wrap around patio is a dream, and we noticed everyone gravitated to hang there. The views are INCREDIBLE. truly couldn’t find something with a better view.We went is August, And there were plenty of fans to keep the house cool. Totally stocked with blankets, plenty of towels, everything you’d need in the kitchen, and even had condiments in the fridge.The hosts were so great at communicating in the weeks leading up to our visit. And checked in on us throughout our stay. Checkout process was super easy. Loved everything about our stay."

"We had a friends and family reunion and the cabin was perfect! There was enough room for everyone and the kitchen was well equipped. The kids loved playing in the house and the train track was a big hit! "

"I had really high expectations for this property, so when I say that it was better than I could have dreamed I hope you can grasp just how wonderful it was! The entire property was so welcoming from the moment we pulled up to it. From the clearly marked address to the well-lit walkways, it felt like it WANTED us there. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. I LOVED having a wood-burning fireplace. The equipment and prepped firewood made it easy for even me to use it (and I have never started a fire like that in my life!). The WiFi was better than I’ve gotten at other cabins in the area, and they didn’t have a novel of house rules (unlike other houses in the area). The checkin and checkout instructions were clear and intuitive. Finally, the outdoor amenities were numerous! Their hot tub was obviously well cared for, and was ready for us to use when we arrived. Absolutely no complaints. 10/5 stars. We will definitely be back!"
