Everything was easy, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a last-minute trip. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"We had a really fun time there. Host responded immediately and check in and out were very easy. House well stocked and very clean. Hot tub fun. Great yard with fenced in area for dogs. Just understand ahead of time that the bunk room downstairs is part of the tv area; the loft is open, and the 4th bedroom is the sunroom. Also be aware that the road to the house is steep and windy. Fine if you have four or front wheel drive. Overall a very fun, kid and dog friendly place."

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home near Sunday River. From the moment we walked in, it was clear how immaculate and thoughtfully maintained the property is. Every room was spotless, well stocked, and every amenity was in excellent working condition.The swim spa, sauna, and deck were true highlights—equally enjoyed by both the kids and adults in our group. After long days on the slopes, relaxing in the spa or sauna was the perfect way to unwind. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring everyone woke up rested and ready for another ski day.This home is perfectly set up for a multigenerational family. There was plenty of space for everyone to gather together while also offering room to spread out and relax. The layout and design feel intentional—this is exactly the kind of home you hope to find for a ski vacation.Communication with the host was seamless. Responses came within minutes, and everything was clear and easy from booking through checkout.We also truly appreciated the thoughtful touches for dogs. Bowls, beds, and outdoor supplies were conveniently set up right by the door, making it so easy to care for our pup after snowy adventures.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way. "Beautiful place, very clean and cozy with nice touches. Our group of 9 fit quite comfortably. Beds were comfy, hot tub was ready for us and clean, and the kitchen and sitting area were generous and beautiful. I say it was cozy but the A-frame ceiling is high and gorgeous, but somehow still cozy! Loved the place and Dave and Kim were a pleasure to work with - plenty of communication and they were available for any issues, but we had none. Highly recommended!"
