"Great spot on the river. The canoe was easy to put in even though the river was super low during our stay. Fast internet, we could stream movies with no problem. The bed we stayed in was comfortable and the shower has plenty of hot water. The cabin is so dark at night, you can’t see your hand in front of your own face so you will sleep like a champion! "

"Awesome location and next door to wedding we were attending. Very sizable lake property with plenty of room and activities for large group. The cleanliness was OK, but needs some maintenance of the property. Lower level bathroom sink does not have defuser, dead mouse in closet, WiFi not accessible, and soiled mattress pads. Facility is rustic and not luxurious, but a great lakeside experience. "

"Really thoughtful touches - we played Jenga every night. I had a medical emergency with one of my kids and property manager was available and helpful (thank you!!). Kitchen was well stocked and location is so amazing. It isn’t directly on the lake but walk 300 meters and you are there. We loved hiking Lake Sebago!!!The location is close to restaurants and shops but remote enough you have a “cabin in the woods feel.”10/10 recommend."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in this house a few times and this year it has gotten too old to be enjoyable. The property was very dirty upon arrival, I can’t imagine it was cleaned between stays. The rodent problem has gotten so bad that mice come out during the day and run on top of the stove and counters. The location is great and we love being on Brandy Pond. We will not be staying here again."

"Perfect sized house for our large group. Only a few concerns if you have elderly family members: there are several transitions that can be trip hazards and also some low spots in the floors, most likely from the building settling. Many cabins in Maine have additions added to accommodate larger families- watch Maine Cabin Masters episodes. We also experienced a Maine heatwave that made it a little uncomfortable with no AC for some of the older ladies. This was unusual weather so we cannot fault the host. Fishing was slow on the river but most of us were able to catch some bass and small yellow perch. We chartered with Captain Glen at Sebago River Fishing if you want a great fishing experience. We enjoyed using the canoes and paddling up to Brandy Pond. Our greatest accomplishment for our stay was watching our 9 year old nephew overcome his fear of jumping from the dock into the river. He spent hours swimming in the river. This was great because he usually spends too much time playing video games. The internet would go down many times each day and need to reboot. "
