"We stayed for 1 night to visit friends, and this hotel is in a fantastic location—close to the Motherlode Fairgrounds (where we attended the Mountain Misery Beer Fest) and just blocks from Main Street's shops, cafes, and the local candy store. A special thanks to Connie at the front desk, who provided exceptional customer service. While handling a ringing phone and multitasking with patience, she maintained a polite and professional demeanor both in person and on the phone. A coworker was leaving for lunch yet, Connie continued to support the patrons in the lobby and on the phone. A couple of minor drawbacks: the breakfast offerings were standard and nothing special (we opted for a full breakfast elsewhere), and parking at the main building was completely full when we arrived after 9:30 PM, though a spot opened up just as we needed it. Overall, we had a great stay and would gladly stay here again for our next trip to Sonora!"
