"People at the balcony was very unpolite, the hotel is too old, it smells cigarrets anywhere"

"Hair was on the ceiling in the bathroom, bathroom mirror and mirror in room had spots all over them. Shower door around base needed a good scrubbing, dirty and moldy. Everytime I showered I was standing in water. Oh and good luck finding anyone who works there to bring up any concerns!!! Self check in and out at the hotel- not personable at all!!! Room didn’t have any basic amenities like a fridge or a microwave but instead the motel had lil pop up stores that charged $7 for a soda. Every night so much noise from outside and inside the hotel making it impossible to get any sleep! Would not stay here again if I was paid to!!! "

"House keeping never clean our room and I ask for towels two times over the phone and they never came to give us towels or to clean our room. "

"Shops were great. Came for spring break pool was under remodel, no where on their site does it state that, my only complaint otherwise a very nice casino and hotel "
