Room was great. Nice free parking. Cons: The breakfast is not free and all the 2 bed room options don't face the NYC skyline like the option says. Otherise an ok stay.

Hello,
The key does not work on the third floor, so I had to move to the ninth floor. Also, the hot water takes about 10 minutes to get hot.
The room is good, the house is clean, and the cleaner works two days a week. However, the furniture looks quite old, around early 2000s

This was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and well-maintained. The staff was unendingly gracious - from the front desk, to the office, to housekeeping, to restaurant and bar staff. We can't wait to return!
