"Our room was very clean and comfortable, with excellent bedding and linens. Staff were courteous and professional. The lobby offered many stylish and comfortable seating arrangements. The hotel is very quiet, but it’s located just a very short walk to a charming commercial district with lots of restaurants and shops."

"We were waiting at the bar for ages and no one came, that would be my only complaint "

"Park outside the reception, check in and only then can you get the key code to enter the cavernous underground carpark! The aircon only goes down to 20 degrees C but that was cool enough. The mattress was quite firm which didn’t offer a good nights sleep but that’s me. Breakfast was adequate but no kettle or tea/coffee in the room. You can but a cuppa for £2.75 and pick up a choccy bar for £2 from the various vending machines."

"Great breakfast provided with good quality and choice. On the whole staff were very cheerful and helpful, room was nice and clean. Really quiet room, overlooking the main road so has very good soundproofing. Good location for theTower Of London, St Paul's Cathedral and river walks, not too much of a hassle to get to theatreland either. "
