"Wow what a view from room and bed comfy and great to stay in car park we had to pay for was bit of a suprise as says parking when booked but great please and great location "

- This is a basement Flat and should have been listed as one
- It can get rather noisy upstairs with banging and a dog running around
- If you are afraid of Dogs, although the connecting door upstairs oppsoite the bathroom is locked, there was a few times the dog was heard near the door.

"Amazing place to stay. Great value for money. Breakfast in the mornings always lovely. Food menu is fantastic would highly recommend the fish and chips and Sunday Dinner. Staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. Ian the owner is very polite and welcoming. Myself and my partner will see you again soon. "

"The accommodation was amazing and the room was immaculate, the Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in a very good location right next to the harbour. We woke up to beautiful sunrise , the food at the pub downstairs was also amazing.

Mousehole is delightful & within easy reach of spectacular beaches, the South West Coastal path and lots of ancient sites. "Lovely stay at the Sandpiper in Mousehole. Everything was as expected. Property clean and well kept. Beds very comfortable. Beatiful views and easy parking directly outside property. We were very lucky with the Spring weather so managed to visit much of the area. The property is situated on a steep hill so need to be physically fit if you are walking."
