No kettle or toaster - hot water was hit and miss until the plumber arrived after 4 days - mold and damp on the ceilings and walls - shutters on windows didn’t all work - no door in freezer compartment- warm when the heating was on but it was on a timer that you had no control over - no mention the pool was closed at this time of year and when you saw it’s condition needed draining and repainting - the property manager did her best to resolve issues and all credit to her but the property complex was poorly maintained and lacked investment- it could be so much better - I will be requesting some financial reimbursement but as we have never had to do this before am unfamiliar with how we go about this
