"We enjoyed our 1 night at the Ardboyne before our flight out of Dublin the next morning. Location was good, fair parking, lobby was nice, check in was easy and clerk was cordial. The room was clean, fair size and they were quiet. The breakfast in the restaurant was nice with options."

"VIEW OF THE CASTLE ACROSS THE STREET IS MAGNIFICENT! Can also have a drink in the Castle View bar to enjoy the scenery. We had a great breakfast which included a hot made-to-order menu as well as help-yourself continental breakfast options. BUT, check-in was poor because hotel claimed they did not have our Expedia reservation, even though Expedia said that the hotel confirmed my reservation the day I made it - which was months ago. While the hotel was sold out, we got lucky because they had one cancellation. Trim Castle Hotel claimed it was just a “glitch in the system.” Also, no temperature control/AC in room and no handheld nozzle in the shower. No fridge either, but that’s common in Irish hotels, Good king bed and ample towels."
