Minami-Alps Hotel Guide - Mt. Kushigata hotels in Minami-Alps, Japan.

"We absolutely loved Yamate Inn. The staff was very friendly, the room was decent, and it’s in a great location; lots of neat places along the street on which it lies. If we return to Kofu (likely) we will definitely seek it out again."

"Hotel was clean but we were told it was a love hotel that also offered rooms by the hour. Found things in room we weren’t used to and although it was a clean room we felt we should have been told ahead of time."

"The property is very nice and had no problems with staff. They were very nice and helpful. However, for those looking to access public transportation this hotel is not for you. I didn’t realize how far away this hotel was from bus stops or train stations when booking and found myself kind of stranded (I tried to walk to the bus stop 20minutes away and the streets immediately around the hotel are not designed for pedestrians). Have to use taxi to get to station. So if you have a car or other...

"Nice onsen, good facilities"

"Excellent"

"Beautiful room, lovely staff/owners, and the cleanliness is exceptional. Very comfortable place to stay with a view of Fuji. "

"Nothing wrong with the hotel, just a little old. "

"The interior was very beautiful. However, the location is complicated and may be difficult to find."

"They don't speak much English but tried their best to communicate via Google translate, very helpful and friendly service."

"Great experience! The onsen is good! Bathtoom could be a cleaner. "
