"Location is excellent, very centre and convenient and transportation is easy. Right above the shopping mall and you can easily walk to other shopping malls around. Take the airport shuttle bus No. 5, get off the first stop in the Osaka city centre. Very easy. Hotel is big and beautiful. Staff are very friendly and nice. Got everything we need and have toothbrush, comb, shaver provided. Also have warm water and coffee at the lobby to serve. Everything is automatic is nice. Will recommend to people who don't want to travel fore and back by subway or metro a lot. "

It was open 24 hours which was incredible. If I’m ever in Osaka again I will book this hotel. It’s also so close to many different food options "
