"This was not a bad stay. The hotel has been designed well and it has great potential. The bed was comfy and the upgraded room with a balcony gave great views over the city. However, it’s clear that it is not ready to receive customers as only half of the hotel is actually built. It seems that they put the majority of guests in the rooms that are ready, so that they can operate, but these rooms seem a little tired already and they seem a bit rushed.
