"Retired couple traveling. We enjoyed the view from the private balcony, enjoying sunsets on the beach. Our room and the hotel was very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. The location was good too. Just a short drive to Front street where there are lots of shops, restaurants etc. I read some reviews about thin walls. While we were there, the hotel had no vacancy and we did not hear a peep from our neighbors. As far as breakfast it was ok. Just the usual continental fare but was fine for grabbing a light breakfast."

"This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again."
