"We want to let everyone who wants to know about this hotel is that the hotel is great, but hotels.com is really bad. Hotel.com charged an extra $3-400 extra under the category of tax and services. The hotel had no idea what this is for. The hotel just told us to reserve from them directly the next time to bypass these unexplainable charges. Please pay attention on all of the charges before making any reservation with hotels.com, don’t make the mistake that I made."

"Amazing stay! We enjoyed our stay here as we explored the Dolomites. The room was clean and comfortable. We were lucky enough to get air conditioning even though it wasn’t part of the booking. (The family that checked in right before us was not as lucky…no AC.) The pool and hot tub was great even though the spa area is under construction. The breakfast buffet was incredible with many cold options and they offered eggs cooked to order as well. We would definitely stay here again."

"Das Hotel wird offiziell mit 3 Sternen ausgewiesen. Das ist definitiv viel zu wenig. Als Vielreisende können wir das sehr gut vergleichen und beurteilen. Das Hotel liegt an der Jaufen-Passstraße auf halber Höhe, mit traumhafter Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Zimmer befinden sich in einem sauberen, einladenden sehr gutem Wohlfühl-Zustand. "Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche Urlaub in Südtirol und haben uns in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war ordentlich, sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnlich freundlichen Mitarbeiter – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen gefühlt.
