"Además de lo espectacular que es el lugar con sus jardines y vista, su personal es bien servicial. Bien atentos y hasta el jardinero dejó de hacer su trabajo para ayudarnos con las maletas ya que el lugar tiene muchas escaleras. Y el jardinero por supuesto continuó con sus labores. El Italia de Guatemala. Lugar perfecto y tranquilo."

"Affordable rooms if you are passing through. Easy to walk to the lake and vendors, nice view to the volcanos. Breakfast is so delicious! 😋 The staff were so kind and they let me ckeck in earlier then expected after a long trip. I think they can improve the amenities. There should be a couch in the room instead of chairs and some extra blankets for cold weathers."

"Great stay. I actually extended it for 4 days. The rooms are good, the pool and the restaurant/bar is nice. It’s very well located. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"La habitación es grande, con cama y ropas de cama confortables y tiene un olor muy agradable. El desayuno es muy bueno y abundante. El único inconveniente fue que habían obras en el hotel que causaban ruidos. La vista al lago de la habitación tortuga es parcial. Hay otras habitaciones con perfecta vista. Hay un bar con happy hour y algunas bebidas a 2 x 1."
