The room was beautiful with a volcano view. Staff goes above & beyond to help you with everything. The hotel is minutes away from the dock to take the lanchas. The food and drinks were amazing. Beautiful pool as well. Overall a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend

Room was nice and we really enjoyed the patio. Also they added a water filter which was useful. Location is perfect in between Eagles Nest and the cliff jumping reservation.

Refugio del Volcan
Great location. Good views of Lake Atitlan from the porch. Very secure location. Hostess was most responsive. There is a fully equipped kitchen. Remember to bring basic ingredients and groceries.
