"Only stayed one night but everything was spick and span as you’d expect. Staff were more than helpful even allowing me to check in slightly earlier than allowed. If was looking for downside would be the boarded up pub/ restaurant next door detracting from the hotel. Few weeds growing around the building if cleaned up would be more welcoming but still good value. Can’t comment on food as I ate out"

"Aircon in the room a huge plus! Clean modern functional rooms for overnight travelling. Staff very kind, empathetic and most supportive. Great value. Highly recommend. Only challenge was the front security door closer that was banging all night - a simple adjustment that will improve every tired travellers’ sleep score!!"

"Most staff friendly and helpful, room clean breakfast not very good for vegetarians no veggie sausages and personally prefer fried eggs (not on menu) instead of scrambled egg and on one day no mushrooms so only had beans and toast"
