"The beginning was a little rough and we had to change rooms because our original room had no view, but the staff was pretty accommodating. The location is actually wonderful in the middle of the town so almost everything is within walking distance or a couple of minutes by car. Overall, we had a wonderful experience despite the initial needs to change the room. I would recommend this hotel. "

"Best experience with hotel staff I've ever had! Joan and Jodi (and others) were awesome. I had some weird health stuff going on and this team made sure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay. The rooms are big and very clean! I'm gluten-free and the kitchenette was perfect for me to make breakfast and a couple of easy meals. There was even a blender for protein shakes! This property is within walking distance to the Bell Rock trails. You are also within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping if you want. I did some laundry one afternoon and everything you need is there. Made my longer stay feel like home away from home. I would hands down stay here again! Thank you all so much for taking such good care of me. :)"

"The entire property is clean, well kept, organized and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and includes lots of items such as fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and iron. The bed is amazing. Best night's sleep that I've had in a long time. The staff is very friendly and professional. The online app and check in system is super user friendly and easy to use. I'll definitely be coming back here again for my Flagstaff visits and events."
