What was unique was the peaceful surroundings and mountain views. Staff was unusually helpful, pleasant and polite. Manuella at the desk always greeted us with a smile and deserves 5 stars fro her service.
What I did not like was the hotel has a laundry service for an exhorbitant rate. They should just find a place and install self srvice machines, as then people would plan longer stays there because the peace and tranquility that comes from the mountain views is super amazing.

"Excellent hotel to stay at if you Oktoberfest! Very friendly staff, clean room, and super quiet! The hotel piano bar is a great spot to wind down after a day of exploring the city. It is less than a 10 minute walk from the Oktoberfest grounds and less than 20 from the old town city square."

"Stayed a couple nights last minute to join friends for Oktoberfest. For the dates the price was good. Location was convenient. Near the train station and easy walk to old town and the fest. As a solo woman I felt safe there and in the area but I also travel often. Hotel was old but clean and comfortable. ..."
