There was a small issue with the twin beds. We were given a room where the twins bed were connected side by side to each other. We were able to exchange the room right away and get a twin room where the beds were completely separated from each other. The bathroom was small, but very clean with excellent water pressure. There is no padding under the carpet. The reception closes early, not a 24 hour facility but it was not an issue for us. Breakfast was not included but was very reasonably priced (10 Euros per person) for an excellent spread with a variety of hot and cold items. The reception ordered a taxi for us when we checked out. It was waiting for us a few minutes early. This is a little far out of the city center but it took 1 bus and then 1 metro to get to the city center. The bus stop is only a 50 ft away from us. You can walk to the metro station in about 15 minutes.

Even though the hotel building is somewhat old it is well preserved and clean. Rooms are spacy and have airco. Sufficiënt parking space and several restaurants close by. It is a fine hotel to stay, especially for one night while traveling.

Clean, Convenient and Exactly what we needed

Comfort Hotel Atlantic was clean and we had a spacious room. The staff was super friendly and always available to help out if needed. The hotel is conveniently looked near a bus stop that can take you to the UBahn which makes getting to the Munich city center super easy and doesn't take much time. Great alternative to staying in a pricy downtown hotel.

Wir hatten das Zimmer fÌr eine Nacht gebucht, weil wir am nÀchsten Tag zum Flughafen wollten. DafÌr ist dieses Stadthotel mit verkehrsgÌnstiger Lage absolut ausreichend. Die Fenster sind sehr schalldicht, so dass auch unser Zimmer mit Blick auf die Kreuzung sehr ruhig war.

Passei apenas algumas horas para descansar após a Oktoberfest antes de pegar o trem de volta para casa. Chegamos tarde da noite e fomos bem recebidos prontamente. O taxi foi solicitado para o horário que precisávamos. Instalações práticas e muito confortáveis a apenas 25 minutos da estação central de Munique. Recomendo!

Affordable place to stay near Munich

In contrast to the overpriced lodging in the Munich metro area, this hotel has reasonable prices while still offering the German quality standard. Our room was spacious and clean with enough furniture. The only real issue is the location on Rosenheimer Landstraße, whose traffic can be relatively loud even on a Saturday night. At least two restaurants are located within a walking distance.
