"Stayed three nights in May 2026. Hotel was in perfect location only minutes from the railway station,the hotel bedroom (407 ) Was very clean and spacious The hotel was spotless throughout with lovely decor,the food was gorgeous and all the hotel staff was so friendly and helpful from the time I booked into the hotel and when I left.The management should be proud of there staff.Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.Keith Jones."

"This hotel is very modern and the rooms were clean, large and a very nice bathroom. It is also located at a tram stop that has a two floor food market of all varieties of food. This was very convenient to get to the Central Station and also very nice to have food options after days of sightseeing."

"Drove past as we didn't recognise it ( thought it was bigger)Booking in was a bit of a faff as I hadn't had the booking in email ,staff soon sorted it thought & helped me log in.assigned room 21 ground floor.Private bathroom in every room. It was small but perfectly formed.Adequate for us as we're small people.Not a lot of storage for bikers gear 2 drawers in the bed end, Our bike jackets were soaked so had to leave them in cafe are on the coat rack for 2 days to dry.Staff lovely food great all in all was a great find & would use again.Lovely find"

"We stayed at the studio apt, it was great. Room size was good and all the amenities inside the room are great. We have a good water view location. One to note that the AC is not really AC, and they said it is a fresh air cooler. Thankfully, when we were there the weather was still a bit cold, so it was not an issue for us. The location is outside the city centre and is actually perfect for us for 1) the buses are convenient from the hotel (approx. 7 mins walk) 2) the location is quiet and in the great neighbourhood area, hence you don’t feel so much like you are a tourist. So, we like it! The staff are young, courteous and helpful. We tried the breakfast and it was ok, however we prefer to get it outside for the price. One thing was a bit of a letdown was the hot water issues (2 times during our 4 nights stay). Well, it could happen - and the first time it happened, it took sometimes for them to fix it (and given it was Sunday and their maintenance persons not around). However, they did fix it within the day (when we were back at night, the hot water was back on). The 2nd time it happened (which was the day after), the issue was resolved within couple of hours. They gave us a gesture of compensation with refunding the charge of one day breakfast."
