Our train was very late, we had to stay at a different hotel because no one can register you if you are late. It is in a fun part of town, but very, very basic room with no A/C. Breakfast was not good, but the lady working at the hotel is so nice. We would not stay there again.

The location of the hotel works well for any evenings in the historical old city, or getting out of town during the day. The hotel has seen better days and has not seen any modernisation. The fixtures are not exactly vintage but everything that I touched worked fine. Comfort level was pretty average but it was not an expensive stay. We visited during covid so I don't think the pool was open. Breakfast could have offered a bit more choice ahead of early checkout.

Lovely hotel set amongst the olive groves. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were delicious.

"Five stars? Not even close. Closer to a motel 8 with a nice lobby. Peeling paint in the shower, stained floors, no hot water one morning and yes.. there are bugs. Have bites all over my legs. Coffee in room is two packets of freeze dried nescaffe. What 5 star hotel would have any of those? Not sure ..."
