"We had a great 2 night stay with our dog. The rooms are very clean with everything you need. A little dated but it really didn't matter as it's priced well, the rooms are clean and also lovely service. Indian restaurant onsite with room service available. The pool was refreshing and clean considering we just had a storm, but we enjoyed the half hour of sun anyway! The only critique I would have is the Bbq area being a bit cleaner. It is in the smokers hut and other guests whilst they're drinking at night leave their butts around and ash all over the tables as well. We utilised the bbq for every meal which was great. But maybe some cleaning utensils for guests to clean the bbq better after use(I'm glad we brought foil to cook on). The chairs to sit on in the hut were a bit gross too. Other than that, we were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely stay again!"

"This place was amazing. The staff were so helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. Their energy and flair was contagious. Our room was beautiful and we both said that we’ve never slept on a bed like the one at QT Newcastle. It was like you were floating on a cloud of cool, light, satin. I want one of those beds and the bedding in my bedroom. 100% if we ever see ourselves back in Newcastle will be staying here"
