Theres no front desk and no one to really call for anything except the restaurant staff which at times were kinda clueless. The tv wouldn’t connect to wifi so we couldn’t use it. "Overall, we had an excellent stay. The staff was very polite and professional. The room was lovely and very comfortable. Pool area was great although the trash and dirty towels could have been removed before overflowing during peak time. Also, more regular coffee for the in-room coffee maker!
