Weather on our 1st night made sitting on our balcony a pleasant place! The room was very spacious and comfortable,and very clean. The kitchen allowed us to pick up some food locally,@ DiBruno on Chestnut St., and then snack and drink in our room. All in all,a very pleasant stay in a well-located property."

"Overall, the place was clean. But, there were five large bags of garbage at the back door where the deflated, empty hot tub was located. There were several smoke detectors with no batteries. The third floor shower was leaking onto the bathroom floor, without anyone taking a shower. There is an issue behind the wall. None of the five TV remotes had batteries so no one could watch TV. I communicated this to the host and never got a response. Having no bathroom on the first floor should have been stated in the listing. We had a senior who found it difficult to use the bathroom when we were all sitting around talking. "
