Casa Alta is an exclusive villa rooted in a 14th-century building, renovated in the 1970s to preserve its unique and authentic Tuscan character. Located in the charming Etruscan village of Pompana, in the heart of Murlo’s countryside, it’s the ideal choice for those seeking space, privacy, and an authentic experience in historic Tuscany. With 450 m² spread over three floors, the villa accommodates up to 15 guests in 9 bedrooms and features 6 bathrooms, offering great comfort for large groups and families. The living room has a sofa bed for two additional guests. Amenities include air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, TV, and a fully equipped private kitchen.



Outside, you’ll find a large private garden, terrace, and outdoor private pool, all within a fenced property of about 1,000 m². There are 5 parking spaces on the property. Pets are allowed; smoking, parties, and events are not permitted.



The villa sits atop a hill and is reached via an unpaved road. Please drive at a steady, moderate speed, especially on the final uphill stretch with a curve, following the signage and avoiding sudden acceleration to protect the road surface and ensure a smooth arrival.



The location is perfect for exploring Tuscany: nearby, you can hike the famous Via Francigena, go horseback riding, cycling, motocross, and rafting, enjoying the nature and landscapes of the Sienese hills.
