"This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at when in France, goose down white quilts, fresh bed linens, fluffy soft pillows, and comfortable mattress allow a weary vacationer/traveler to get a good night's sleep. The staff is wonderful, food at the in-house Jeanne D'Arc Restaurant is very good and reasonable for the fine cuisine. At the staff is very helpful and accommodating- especially Sheena who speaks French & English. I highly recommend this as the hotel to stay at in Rouen. Fitting it is situated right next to tower/dungeon where St. Joan of Arc was kept as a prisoner. They have beautiful portraits and art work in the restaurant of St. Joan."

"Very new and paid for indoor parking, however our friends couldn’t get a fob for indoor parking and had to park on the street. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Lots of construction in the area so be careful if walking to local restaurants "
