"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel including rooms. Breakfast was great, if you got there before 9:30 , they will cook you an omelette or scrambled eggs etc. If after that they will but may be out of things like toast etc. Located across street from grocery store and near restaurants. Beach is about a mile and a half walk to ocean side beach which is wonderful and Hotel gives you beach towels if you ask. Great stay would stay there again."

"The room was clean but you can see that repairs were needed. On the last day we noticed the water was coming up from underneath the floor tiles. Also the AC being at 65 room stayed at 70. Our room did have a mold odor. We could hear our neighbors sneeze through the walls. The pool and beach were great but wish that the pool was a little deeper. I preferred to stay in the kiddie pool since all the kids were in the other pool. Our room did accommodate 3 adults . Ourselves and our daughter. The cafe in the lobby does great coffees and breakfast. Expensive but delicious. Checkin was another ordeal that we did checkin at 2 but room not available until 4pm. So we sat in the lobby until able to go to room. It is only 15 minutes from AirPort."

"No electricity for11 hours No hot water upon arrival for 45 minutes. No phone timo contact front. No response to text inquiring when electricity would resume "

"It was clean overall but tacking on an obligatory $43 a night extra fee that the hotel dictates how to spend was not appreciated. $5 at snack shop with only choice is a bag of chips!"

"The LaConcha exceeded or expectations for our first visit to PR! Beautiful interior. Comfortable suite and bed! Everything you need is right on the premises, yet you have plenty of options within walking distance on the main strip with many restaurants, stores, and gift shops. We have no complaints and look forward to going back!"

"Lugar ruidoso, limpieza muy mala , habitación súper pequeña, apenas podíamos caminar, baño extremadamente pequeño,no tiene estacionamiento, genera estrés buscar parqueadero, Terrible! No lo recomiendo!!"
