"Location was excellent, right behind the Cathedral, steps from Zocalo and tour buses. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
The hotel was clean and with excellent service; buffet breakfast had a great variety of fresh food at reasonable price and service was superb; water and sodas in the room fridge were free of charge and room was cleaned and replenished daily. Great view from the various terraces and there is a restaurant in the first floor and a bar area in one of the terraces, very handy for rainy nights!
Our bed was very comfortable and there is a menu for pillows so we could choose for our preference. Lots of space for clothing; Internet was handy although a bit slow.
We would definitely stay there in another visit to Mexico DF!"
"Loves staying here, much better then some hotels in the USA; You get a light breakfast included, free bottled water in the lobbies and the most attentive staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew. The only negative for me was that internet was weak ( 5th floor ) but, it could be my carrier, either way that was the most frustrating part. I was out an about most of the time so had service outside. Other than that it was close to perfect. "
