"The property seemed very new and was very clean and spacious. We did have a room with a terrace but being December and in the middle of a storm we didnt get to use it but I'd imagine it would be lovely on a nice warm evening. It is overlooked by high rise buildings so not private. We felt very welcome on arrival and were shown how to use the facilities. The rooms are above a restaurant which even though they had a party that evening we didn't hear much noise and very local to the main streets...

"Having been to Follonica numerous times and staying with relatives, this was my first experience in a hotel here. While it wasn’t luxurious, it was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The building/ grounds were lovely. I can see it being very popular for beach goers and those with family. The only thing it really lacked was coffee facilities in the room. I would recommend this to anyone who is going to the area especially those with big families. "

"Alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar Zentrum und Strand In der Nähe ein pizzabäcker und eine bar Top Lage sehr nette ihnhaber die jeden Tag bis mittags erreichbar sind und einen immer helfen. Einrichtung im typischen italienischen Style, was aber sehr sauber war. Wir würden dort wieder buchen."
