"We absolutely adored our stay here. The staff were so wonderful, there’s someone at the desk all the time and they helped us book an early morning taxi to the airport, and stored our bags when we went to the Colca Canyon. The bed was so comfy, the bathrooms clean, we loved the little patio for coca tea in the morning, and the breakfast was served upstairs on a pretty terrace. We found the walk into the main plaza easy and quick, and 10 minutes. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"El papel higiénico es de mala calidad. Nos gustó lo gentil que fue el personal. La ubicación es muy buena. Los desayunos deberían de tener más variedad. La máquina de café siempre apagada y teniendo que solicitar la enciendan cada vez que se va a usar. Ese detalle es grave. Escaso pan en el desayuno. La caja fuerte no funciona digitalmente y se debe usar la llave. El sistema de cortinas no permite el uso adecuado con las ventanas Antiruido."

"The staff are absolutely lovely. I proposed on this trip at the hotel itself, the staff were extremely professional and courteous. Myself and my now fiance could not think of anything wrong with our stay, it was a dream for us to be hosted at such an exceptional establishment and we plan to return next year. The location is also great, it's extremely close to the city centre ( centre d'armas). It's also within walking distance of everything you could hope for. I recommend the St. Catalina market. The food at this establishment is some of the finest I've encountered on my travels, I believe this establishment and the city of Arequipa gives anyplace in Spain a genuine run for it's money. If you book this establishment in Arequipa, you won't be disappointed."
