"Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very clean, easy to park, easy to check in. Our corner room had an incredible view of the bay...perfect. The bed was so comfy! A coffee counter and bar located near the check-in desk. Bag check available if not wanting to go up to your room immediately. The hotel is near Chinatown, Fisherman's Wharf, not far from the Golden Gate Bridge and park...a great place to make your home base when visiting San Francisco."

"The staff was great. The breakfast was OK. The place was generally clean. It was close to a very rough area. My one complaint is that I understand. It’s a business hotel but my wife and I were there on vacation and we booked a junior suite and the room only had one chair and an ottoman and one desk chair. There were no comfortable chairs for the two of us to relax."

"The breakfast is excellent. Warm food, waffles, and oatmeal. The room was very (!) small. Not even a table or a chair did fit in. The AC was a floor model and somewhat loud. But for the price, it did serve the purpose. Just sleeping over night with a nice shower."
