We loved Yotel and would stay in another again! The room was so amazing, clean, and picturesque. The staff was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable about the area. The 24-hour security provided peace of mind during our stay, as the area does have issues of homelessness and substance use. It is also feet away from a transit to the airport, which was so convenient.

This was my first time at a Yotel property. The hotel was clean, and modern. I felt safe within the hotel, but just know that it is San Francisco. The unhoused population does congregate near the hotel, and their drug use is very out in the open. If you are visiting for work, it’s perfect, but im not sure I’d stay here with a family.

Hotel , room and staff are great except when you step outside the hotel..lots of homeless & drug users . I lived in SF for 16 years and it was never like this . It’s really sad what became of the city .

Lots of homeless people right outside the front doors. Also extremely inconvenient that the power in the room - including lights and outlets - are motion activated. So my phone did not charge overnight.

The hotel was cool, just surrounding areas a lot of homeless and drugs. I am glad facility needed key cards to enter. Wish there was a better breakfast. Rooms need mini fridges and microwaves.

My room was uncomfortably small. It was difficult and uncomfortable to move between the bed and the front wall. Also there was no chair to sit anywhere in the room. Very uncomfortable.

This hotel is extremely clean and minimal. The staff as well was very helpful and felt prioritized when something didn’t go well. The only this is, if you’re coming back to the hotel at night time, keep in mind that hotel is located next to the tenderloin district and expect many homeless people

LOVED my stay at the Yotel! So easy to check in. Free coffee/tea in the lounge (and handy USB ports/charging). Right on the BART/Muni routes. Comfortable (although small/compact) room/bed. Quiet -- even overlooking noisy Market Street. Staff is limited yet very friendly and there is a security guard in the lobby. Just across the street is a wonderful restaurant and view bar. Good water pressure/temp in shower. Quick walk to Union Square. Will stay here again!
